I will use your systems to run my business, but software systems and people systems seem like two different things. I have no idea how to train people properly and fast enough, it seems like there will be a bottle neck where I have too much work and not enough people who are commited to the same level of excellence. I miss your videos!!! Can you do a video on people systems?
