I had a small website built and I’m doing different types of advertising online. I have joined the BBB and our local chamber of commerce. I’m in my third season of lawn service and only have around 15 yards with year round contracts. I have 3 employees but only one days worth the work. Any advice on other ways to grow my business. I have also done yard signs. With the high number of lawn companies in my area I keep trying to set my self apart.

if i were you i would expand your serch area or target more prosperous neighborhoods. Get your current employers to sugest you.
